The Final project meeting was held on 9 & 10 December 2021 in Brasov, Romania. It was combined with the Final Conference, organised by Transilvania University of Brasov. All partner organizations presented their experience and lessons learnt during the project implementation. The conference was enriched with two workshops, eagerly attended by the participants.
